Deborah began her HR career consulting for the Rockefeller Group’s family investment office. Thereafter she held leadership roles in technology and financial services firms including Lehman Brothers, R3 Capital Partners and BofA Merrill Lynch. Her experience includes investment banking, commodities & futures, fixed income sales/trading/research, strategy and software solutions. She has extensive experience on both the buy and sell side delivering a full spectrum of HR products and services. Among these are executive coaching, performance management, training, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, diversity initiatives, reorganization, compensation and benefits. As a licensed clinician she has run employee assistance programs. She has worked with a diverse group of companies ranging in size and scope from bulge bracket to hedge funds. Barbara is an attorney and HR professional specializing in financial services with expertise in regulatory and employment law. She was adjunct professor at New York Law School. At Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Barbara headed the Global Futures and Foreign Exchange practices. She founded and ran the Global Employment Practice in her capacity as acting head of Global HR. Today, Barbara’s consultancy specializes in employment and HR focusing on advisory work, arbitration and advisory in litigation. Her corporate governance and regulatory practice specializes in securities matters where there is an overlap with employment, such as internal investigations. Barbara provides expertise on the intersection of compliance/regulatory and employment, such as Codes of Conduct, Employee Handbook, securities industry best practices and policies (cyber policy: BYOD). She consults on compensation, contracts and restrictive covenants. Barbara received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Stanford University.
Lynn is an attorney, advisor, investment banker and senior manager. She has recruited candidates on campus and at senior levels for over twenty years. Lynn is adjunct professor at NYU’s Graduate School of HR Management where she teaches Advanced Recruitment and Managing Millennials. At Fordham University's Gabelli College of Business Administration she teaches Leadership, Change Management and Real Estate Finance. She is an Advisory Board Member and Chair of the Career Services Subcommittee, Cornell Program in Real Estate. Lynn is CEO and President of Campus Scout. Lynn received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.S. from Tufts University
Richard has served as a senior public company executive, board member and audit committee chair. He was the President of CorMedix (CRMD: NYSE) and the President of National Auto Credit (NAKD: NASDAQ). He has served on a number of boards and chaired the audit committee of Rodman and Renshaw (RODM: NASDAQ), Dune Energy (DNE: OTCBB) and Helix BioMedix ( HXBM:NASDAQ). Richard is considered by the SEC to be a financial expert and qualified to chair the audit committee of a public company. He holds a CPA from New York State (inactive). Richard received his BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford University.
