Deborah began her HR career consulting for the Rockefeller Group’s family investment office. Thereafter, she held multiple Human Resources leadership roles in technology and financial services firms ranging in size and scope from bulge brackets to hedge funds. She served as Head of the Americas Fixed Income HR at Lehman Brothers, CHRO at R3 Capital Partners and Head of Investment Banking HR BofA Merrill Lynch. Her experience includes investment banking, commodities & futures, fixed income sales/trading/research, strategy and software solutions. Deborah has extensive experience delivering a full spectrum of HR services such as: executive coaching, performance management, training, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, reorganization, compensation and benefits. As a licensed clinician she has also run employee assistance programs. Deborah received her M.S. from Columbia University and her B.A. from Barnard College. Certifications & Licenses: NYS licensed psychiatric social worker.
Barbara is an attorney and HR professional specializing in financial services with expertise in regulatory and employment law. She has served as an adjunct professor at New York Law School. Barbara headed the Global Futures and Foreign Exchange practices and founded the Global Employment Law Practice at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Today, her consultancy specializes in employment law focusing on arbitration and advisory in litigation as well as corporate governance and regulatory advice in securities matters where there is an overlap with employment, such as internal investigations. Barbara also provides expertise on HR compliance matters, including the review and development of Codes of Conduct, Employee Handbooks, and securities industry best practices and policies. Barbara received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Stanford University.
Lynn is an attorney, advisor, investment banker and senior manager. She has recruited candidates on campus and at senior levels for over twenty years. Lynn is adjunct professor at NYU’s Graduate School of HR Management where she teaches Advanced Recruitment and Managing Millennials. At Fordham University's Gabelli College of Business Administration she teaches Leadership, Change Management and Real Estate Finance. She is an Advisory Board Member and Chair of the Career Services Subcommittee, Cornell Program in Real Estate. Lynn is CEO and President of Campus Scout. Lynn received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.S. from Tufts University

Danielle possesses in depth experience in executive coaching, talent development, employee relations counseling, career planning, compensation, and systems and process development and implementation. Danielle received a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University.
